About Todd Beeten

With more than 23 years of experience in the Greater Las Vegas real estate market dating back to 2004, Todd Beeten has established himself as one of Southern Nevada’s most knowledgeable and accomplished residential real estate professionals. Throughout his career, Todd has successfully completed thousands of residential transactions representing buyers, sellers, investors, institutional clients, and some of the nation’s largest financial and mortgage-related organizations.

Todd’s extensive background includes specializing in the disposition of REO and distressed assets on behalf of nearly every major mortgage servicing company, bank, asset management firm, and government-sponsored enterprise, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. This institutional experience provided him with an unmatched understanding of market trends, valuation strategies, negotiation, asset positioning, and the ever-evolving dynamics of the Las Vegas housing market.

Having spent more than two decades immersed in the valley’s real estate landscape, Todd possesses in-depth knowledge of virtually every master-planned community, luxury enclave, golf course neighborhood, high-rise development, and residential market throughout the Greater Las Vegas Valley, including Summerlin, Henderson, Southern Highlands, MacDonald Highlands, The Ridges, and many others.

Today, Todd’s primary focus is within the luxury residential sales arena, where his discretion, negotiation expertise, strategic marketing, and high-level transactional experience continue to distinguish him in the marketplace. Most notably, Todd recently represented the buyer in what became the highest recorded VA buyer purchase in Clark County, Nevada history — a milestone achievement that reflects both the caliber of clientele he represents and his ability to navigate complex, high-value transactions at the highest level.

In addition to his real estate accomplishments, Todd earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Eastern Michigan University, where he attended on a full basketball scholarship. During his collegiate career, he was a member of nationally ranked teams that competed in the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament, experiences that helped shape the discipline, work ethic, leadership, and competitive drive that continue to define his professional approach today.
